Mobile Council Sides with U.S. Imperialism?

Imperialism may be defined as one nation extending its power and culture over another’s to the point where the subjugated has little control over its own history or ways, these being supplanted by the conqueror’s narrative. While many good, moral empires have existed (including, but not limited to, the Austrian,  Portuguese, and Spanish Empires), the present-day “United” States would hardly fit into that category. Instead, this Empire sees fit to destroy the history and identity of the very people it claims to represent. Many times it finds useful puppets (like Bentley the Scallywag) to further this end. The Mobile City Council is such a puppet:

The Mobile City Council voted Tuesday to remove the Confederate flag and other banners from the official seal of city government following complaints that the Old South symbol depicted racism and intolerance.

The 6-0 vote, from which one member abstained, means only the U.S. flag will remain on the seal of the port city. A version of the Confederate national flag and four other historic flags will be taken off.

As the above article relates, only the United States flag will remain on the City of Semme’s seal. This is very telling, showing that these traitors have little interest in preserving Alabama’s Little Rome from the scourges of U.S. Imperialism. The message: we are not Southerners, but “Americans.” While the self-described “progressive” council seeks to be seen as inclusive, it becomes intolerant of the very thing that made it great.

It is important not to become discouraged by the actions of high-handed individuals like these. While they seek to eradicate us from existence, we should realise that this decision resulted from a vote of seven persons in a city of 200,000 souls- hardly representative.

To drop a quick reminder of who employs whom, you may reach the Mobile City Council at the following number:  Phone: (251) 208-7441

Bentley the Scallywag

Our Governor, Robert Bentley, has ordered the Confederate flag removed from the Capitol grounds. The man is an embarrassment and clearly does not represent the people of Alabama. Steps must be taken to ensure he is held accountable for this traitorous action and that the flags may be returned to their proper places.

Republican Betrayal, Again?

In the wake of the tragedy of the Charleston Shooting, what should have been a time of mourning rapidly degenerated into a political frag-fest. Republicans are trying to out-scream their Democratic “opponents” in the defamation of the Confederate Battle Flag.  Former Republican presidential runner Mitt Romney personally called on South Carolina (and presumably the entire South) to

Take down the #ConfederateFlag at the SC Capitol. To many, it is a symbol of racial hatred. Remove it now to honor #Charleston victims

If one Yankee sticking his nose in wasn’t bad enough, Jeb Bush (possibly the future Bush III) gloats over his anti-Southern actions, noting,

My position on how to address the Confederate flag is clear. In Florida, we acted, moving the flag from the state grounds to a museum where it belonged.

No doubt Jeb Bush would want all Southerners (himself being a Yankee transplant of the Bush variety) relegated to a history footnote, with highlights over the words “racist” and “evil.” His compatriot, the Chairman of the Republican National Committee, Rince Preibus, also blowed about his anti-Southernism:

Proud to stand in SC today with & SC leaders to call for removal of the Confederate battle flag

The traditional anti-Southerners have continued their venom here and abroad. Alvin “the Chipmunk” Holmes continues his inane diatribe. Meanwhile, mega-corporations are systematically banning the CBF.

The entire framing of the issue is completely skewed- what should be a condemnation of one individual has somehow (predictably) turned into a condemnation of the South. Many are acting as if the state of South Carolina “owes” the victims the removal of the Confederate Battle Flag. An independent, acting alone, with a possible mental condition, somehow speaks for the entire South? Dylann Roof speaks for no man but himself. His action was idiotic, counter-productive to his own stated goals, and, ultimately, harmful to the South and to the memory of Rhodesia.

On a happier note, South Carolina State Senator Lee Bright defended the flag and the Southern people against the vile attacks, stating,

There are those of us who have ancestors that fought and spilled blood on the side of the South when they were fighting for states’ rights, and we don’t want our ancestors relegated to the ash heaps of history. Through the years, the heroes of the South have been slandered, maligned and misrepresented, and this is a further activity in that.

We call upon all Alabamians to pray the Rosary for the intention of saving the flags of the South.

PC Police Attack Pettus Bridge

The PC Police are on the march. The target this year for their outrage is the Edmund Pettus Bridge, named for Southern hero General Edmund Pettus, of Selma. A black woman named Brandi Hater, er, Hatter, has started a petition to change the name of General Edmund Pettus Bridge to something more reflective of the “equality” that the 1960s revolutionaries earned it. The Hater complains,

Unfortunately, the bridge is STILL named after a man who served as Grand Dragon of the Alabama Ku Klux Klan, was a Confederate General, and was later elected as a United States Senator.

The last part is the scary bit- U.S. Senator. Just those words send shivers down my spine. That other stuff- that he would risk life and limb in defense of his home in war and peace, and put his neck out on the line to ensure the political stability and dominance of Alabamians in Alabama – that sounds laudable, not embarrassing.

So far Hater’s petition has 130,000 signatures in support. The question is: what are true Alabamians going to do in response?

Montgomery ‘SECEDE’ Sign Showdown

The League ‘Secede’ billboard in our Capitol has been the centre of a controversy. The sign, erected after the Alabama League of the South’s protest against the SPLC’s war on marriage, was removed after only two days due to “complaints” by individuals. Southern Nationalist Network, the prime Southron media outlet, has been steadily reporting on the events surrounding the ‘SECEDE’ sign. Harold Crews, a Carolinian attorney and head of the NC League of the South, says the move shows that Southerners are now being treated as “second class citizens” in our own homelands.

Lamar Advertising, a Baton Rouge, LA company, is responsible for removing the billboard. They put an identical billboard up for the Florida LoS’s demonstration with no difficulty.

Lamar recently posted an update on Facebook, stating that:

We have received your comments about the recent billboard copy that was taken down in Montgomery. We are investigating the situation and will be in touch when we know more.

Complaints by Southern Nationalists and a petition to restore the billboard seem to be gaining ground, especially as media coverage increases.

Alabama Enslaved

Alabama doesn’t understand slavery.

“We don’t talk very much in this state about slavery,” said the director of the Equal Justice Initiative, an organisation dedicated to “examin(ing) today’s history through the lens of America’s racial history.”

The EJI has obviously never attended public schooling, watched television, or read a newspaper in Alabama. Slavery is a mainstay in the minds of all. From Presidents to Priests, slavery is mentioned continually.

But the EJI is right in a way. Slavery does still exist. Southern Nationalists acknowledge that slavery still exists. And it is slavery in the South. But it is not slavery by the South, but the enslavement of the South to the Federal government in what Lysander Spooner called “political slavery.” Southerners, specifically Alabamians, have been denigrated and denounced by the same government that invaded our homes one hundred fifty years ago. We have been denied our dealings, defamed in our past, and opposed in everything for which we stand. Especially today, when the overlords of Washington D.C. are open about outright displacement of our people, the masses need to understand slavery.

They need to understand that the chains are already about their necks.

Shame for Adhering to God?

The liberals over at the Alabama Media Group have posted another article demonising Southerners.’s (affectionately referred to by many conservatives as “Al.Commie,”) John Archibald has poison penned a piece equating God-fearing Alabamians with Nazis. Where have we heard that before?

Mr. Archibald expresses his “pious” disdain for the Methodist Church enforcing it’s own dogma against the Yankee Talbert, who aims to wed two Sodomites in Birmingham.

Mr. Archibald, not merely content to defame Southerners, also hates his own religion. He says quite plainly:

…I’m ashamed of being a Methodist. In Alabama.

Like Joey Kennedy, one wonders why they remain in a country they despise so much. Alabama would certainly be much better off if they would flee to those bastions of perversity in the North.

The article itself is devoid from any semblance of an an argument. Archibald doesn’t event attempt to make a cohesive case. He states:

Wallace-Padgett (of the North Alabama Methodist Church) issued another statement urging Bishop Talbert to reconsider, hammering him for disregarding a church law, and blah blah blah.

Archibald’s article is summed up, blah blah blah. It a piece designed to tap in to the ingrained notion of “absolute equality” of society, regardless of how incompatible it is. But this itself is not even applicable upon closer scrutiny, as Sodomites have the same rights everyone else possesses anyway. But he continues on with his theologically bankrupt fluff as he tries to drag the Southern Methodist Church into the errors of Modernism which have afflicted it’s Northern counterparts so heavily.

In the process of his sugary sweet, Alabama-hating rant, Archibald does find time to squeeze in mentions of MLK, Jr., flying spaghetti monsters, and, interestingly enough, Saint Augustine. What has this Great Saint, a champion of the Christian Church, said on the matter?

“(T)hose shameful acts against nature, such as were committed in Sodom, ought everywhere and always to be detested and punished. If all nations were to do such things, they would be held guilty of the same crime by the law of God, which has not made men so that they should use one another in this way.” Saint Augustine, “Confessions”

That’s the word, Archie.
