U.S. Response to Jihad?

DixieVsEnemies

It should be an important lesson to Southerners the South over to witness the great disparity in treatment that they have received in comparison to the Islamic community of the United States. While Southern symbols were banned by both Federal and State governments (usually by Scallywag Republicans betraying their voters), the symbols of Islam have been allowed to fly freely. While Southern symbols have been banned by mega-corporations, these same corporations see no problem in representing the signs of Islam.

It is the perfect juxtaposition; the South’s St Andrew’s Cross compared with the Islamic world’s ISIS flag. Both are battle-flags, only one has received public outcry.

The tragedy in Tennessee has served to show Southerners the blind hatred that the U.S. government and media have for their identity. This act was not representative of Islam, they maintain, even while Jihadists slay countless persons in Libya, Nigeria, France, and now Tennessee. While the actions of Roof were solely his own, how can the repeated acts of violence from countless Islamists go without condemnation? Why the double standard to Southerners, the lack of civility?

The lesson? The United States government, indeed, most of the Republican Party, cannot be trusted to treat the South in a fair manner. They would rather see Dixians displaced by men like Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez and witness the horror that follows than allow for the South’s interests to represented. After all, radical relativism and radical Islam are both edges to the same evil sword striking against the South.

Just as the acts of ISIS’ destruction of Assyrian monuments is an affront to the ancient Christian minority there, so also should the U.S. attacks on the South be seen as nothing less than our attempted genocide.

Federal Judge Rules Against Alabama… Again

Federal Judges have once again struck down Alabamian law. This time it was against the “Alabama Women’s Health and Safety Act,” which required abortionists to have admitting privileges (like all other doctors) to local hospitals in order to perform abortions. Federal District Judge Myron Thompson not only halted the law by a lift of his finger, but insulted protestors opposed to his decision, crying that they “threaten economic destruction” and “violence” (amazing how a man promoting the disgusting practice of abortion harps against Christian sidewalk counselors like they are terrorists).

myronthompson

Federal Judge Myron Thompson cares nothing for Alabama.

Judge Thompson is a liberal poster child with a history of aggressiveness against Alabama and her people. Thompson was the second African judge to be appointed to his district, gaining that position in 1980 by way of Federal President Jimmy Carter. He has been lauded by liberals for his “rulings” which “dramatically changed how Alabama treats its employees and most vulnerable citizens.” Yellowhammer News calls Thompson “a long-time AEA ally who’s widely considered one of the most liberal judges in the state.” Thompson is best known for his ruling against Chief Justice Roy Moore in the 2002 case Glassroth v. Moore, which resulted in the removal of a Ten Commandments display from the Alabama Judicial Building.

In his typically weak-kneed counter, Governor Bentley said he was “extremely disappointed by today’s ruling.” While invoking the Sanctity of life, Gov. Bentley actually compromised on the issue, maintaining that abortions should only be done as a last possible effort to save the life of the mother.” In effect, rather than telling off the forces of evil and invoking both God and country (Alabama), the Governor has allowed the abortionists to “keep one foot in the door.” With abortion, there is no middle ground. It is never the answer.

Only leaders unafraid to answer their foes with clear, concise, and unflinching resolve will carry the day. Nullification, not subjugation, is the answer.

Islamists to Build School, Mosque in West Mobile

The Prophet is coming to Mobile. A proposed Mosque/school will soon be placed in West Mobile, near the campus of the University of South Alabama. The move has rightly alarmed some residents of the area, but the local council has decided to allow the building to proceed.

It is doubtful that Southerners will attend an Islamic school, so the Mosque/school will surly rely on transplants from elsewhere to sustain themselves. This means an even bigger wedge in Southerners’ attempts to restrict immigration, especially that from third word countries, where the bulk of Moslems reside.

More importantly, the Mohammedians bring with them a religion and mind-set that is completely hostile to Christendom. Alabama was firstly a Catholic state, where French missionaries carved out Christian holdings from Dauphin Island to Wetumpka. Mobile served as the hub for Catholicism in the Deep South well into the establishment of New Orleans. Many martyrs, especially the Jesuits, were made in the conversions of the native tribes.  Are their sacrifices to have been made in vain? Will the foundation of Alabama be undermined by Islam and all it’s false teachings? Is this the first step to dhimmitude? Will Alabamians become the new Copts and Assyrians, destined to live under the oppressive heel of Muhammadanism in our own homeland?

We must stand up and oppose this.

Morning in Montgomery

Following the removal of the ‘SECEDE’ sign, St. Andrew’s News took the opportunity to visit Montgomery, our Capitol. Despite all the misfortune that has befallen it, it still remains a very handsome city, specifically in the downtown government and river districts. The Museum of Alabama, also known as the Archives, has many wonderful collections on display in a very grande building.

More articles displayed from the early Spanish and French would have been appreciated, but limited space probably forbids.

A real treat- William Lowndes Yancey’s pistol, gloves, wallet, and sash displayed to the public. The museum did a fair job of having the fire-eater’s concerns represented.

The two sashes read: “The Union with the Constitution – not without,” and “We honor and love Hon. W. L. Yancey, the Defender of the South.”

Anyone denigrating our people should visit the Capitol and see firsthand the history, culture, and civilisation our forefathers have built.

Montgomery ‘SECEDE’ Sign Showdown

SECEDEsignshowdown

The League ‘Secede’ billboard in our Capitol has been the centre of a controversy. The sign, erected after the Alabama League of the South’s protest against the SPLC’s war on marriage, was removed after only two days due to “complaints” by individuals. Southern Nationalist Network, the prime Southron media outlet, has been steadily reporting on the events surrounding the ‘SECEDE’ sign. Harold Crews, a Carolinian attorney and head of the NC League of the South, says the move shows that Southerners are now being treated as “second class citizens” in our own homelands.

Lamar Advertising, a Baton Rouge, LA company, is responsible for removing the billboard. They put an identical billboard up for the Florida LoS’s demonstration with no difficulty.

Lamar recently posted an update on Facebook, stating that:

We have received your comments about the recent billboard copy that was taken down in Montgomery. We are investigating the situation and will be in touch when we know more.

Complaints by Southern Nationalists and a petition to restore the billboard seem to be gaining ground, especially as media coverage increases.

Alabama League of the South Rally – Montgomery

MontgomeryALFlag

Big happenings in Alabama:

The League of the South will protest the SPLC – Southern Poverty Law Center’s lawsuit seeking to overturn Alabama laws that prevent the recognition of same-sex marriages from other States.

When: Friday May 9th 11:00am – 1:00pm

Where: SPLC headquarters 400 Washington Ave., Montgomery, AL

From Dr. Michael Hill:

“Marriage is the God-ordained union between a man and woman. It cannot be otherwise and still be called ‘marriage.’ What the State of Alabama is seeking to do is to protect that blessed union from being perverted by something God Himself has called an ‘abomination.’ The SPLC has aligned itself with the forces that seek to overturn God’s institution and destroy the family–the building block of our civilization. The League of the South stands with the State of Alabama and her good citizens who wish to uphold the long-standing Christian traditions of marriage and the family.”

150 Years of Carolinian Ingenuity and Alabamian Workmanship

HunleyAlabama

It’s 150 years ago today since the CSS Hunley sank the USS Housatonic off the Charleston Harbour in 1864. It was the first submarine to sink a ship in the history of the world. The CSS Hunley was constructed at the Park & Lyons Machine Shop in Mobile, from whence it was shipped to South Carolina. There, it made history and pioneered the future.

Amazingly, some ‘news’ outlets aren’t covering the historic occasion. On those that do, anti-Southern commenters berate giving the Hunley any glory time. Some say this only “reminds the South” of this and that.

Utterly amazing.  The Hunley displays just what an independent South is capable of producing. And it continues to scare Yankees to this day.
