Possible Jihadist converts are praised, secession is scorned, and now convicted terrorists are being freed. It’s all part of the norm for the United States of Yankee America:
One al Qaeda suspect captured in Afghanistan is considered reformed because he took up yoga and read a biography of the Dalai Lama. Another is eligible for release because of his “positive attitude.”
And one longtime detainee, a former bodyguard for Osama bin Laden, is now harmless because he’s going to start a “milk and honey farm.”
The Periodic Review Board already helped clear 78 of the remaining 149 prisoners (of Gitmo) for release, documents show, and has scheduled more hearings for this summer.
No matter. The Fed can just exchange a few more top-notch terrorists for someone who is most likely a Jihadist convert. Bowe Bergdhal’s father has made many interesting remarks which seem to confirm just that. Pat Buchanan raises another question– if these persons were convicted terrorists (and not what the SPLC defines them as, but actual bomb-blowing and baby-killing murderers), why have they not been executed? Is the Fed too busy killing newly-wed Yemenis with drones to actually carry out justice on captured terrorists?
The wonderful Federal immigration system is also adding to the danger. Besides killing the culture that’s already here, it may serve as a weapon in the ambitions of the Jihadists:
The Texas Department of Public Safety informed the San Antonio Division Joint Terrorism Task Force that individuals of Middle Eastern descent are obtaining new Texas driver’s licenses with Hispanic surnames.
The irony is that most of these terrorists would have little opportunity to enter the States except for ludicrous immigration policies. The armament of Jihadists overseas to topple leaders like Assad and Mubarak have also shown the Yankee stupidity. These same Jihadists not only establish oppressive Islamic states, but spill over into new regions, destabilising that area even further.
So the cycle, spurred on by chaotic Federal ambition and bumbling, continues.
Detractors say that an independent Alabama would be a joke, ineffective and impotent. But any Southerner knows that we can do much, much better.
